Observations of Exoplanets Transits in the Far Infrared with SPICA-SAFARI

When the disks of a star and of a planet overlap as a consequence of the orbital motion, the total light coming from the system dims. If an instrument is sensitive enough to detect this ﬂux variation, important parameters of the planetary system can be derived from the observed light curve. In this paper I show under which conditions the transits can be detected given the sensitivity of SAFARI.
